So on Friday Jon gave directions on to how to convert url to appear as a headline.

I followed it until he said "click on the globe icon"......sorry I don't see it
can anybody help where do I find the globe icon???

Right below the smiley face and the paper clip in the box directly above this text. When you scroll over it, it says insert link

Sorry for being so slow I normally pick up tech stuff fairly fast...but as I sit here and look at my screen I see no smiley face or paper clip......?????

It's not this screen, It's the screen where you are typing the message. Right about the text where there are about 20 different icons and the font style and font size, etc.

Hmmm something must not be enabled I dont have any of those icons.

Take a screen shot and upload it as an attachment and we can see what you are seeing

I don't know why you don't have all the formatting. Jon would have to help you with that. Anyone else have any idea?

Hooray I finally figured it out!

Under Edit Options on the left of the page I went to Misc Options
then Message Editor Interface which was set on Basic Editor and I
changed it to Advanced!!
