Is there a way for the forum software to automatically resize pictures that are posted in the forum so that we don't have to end up scrolling left/right just to read messages like we do in this thread?

I know it's not an uploaded pic, but a pic referenced from another site like flikr or photobucket, but it'd be nice if the software could recognize that this pic is WAY too big and bring it under control.

Just a thought.
