IOWA CITY, Iowa – Iowa spent the week wanting to bounce back from a sloppy effort against Iowa State last week. Saturday night, the No. 4 Hawkeyes showed they’d made progress.

They shot out to a 25-0 lead en route to a 28-14 victory against No. 16 Lehigh here at Carver-Hawkeye Arena. They started the dual with bonus points in their first four matches.

Defending national champion Spencer Lee opened up with a dominating 15-0 technical fall against Luke Resnick at 125 pounds. Austin DeSanto and Pat Lugo followed with major decisions.

Kaleb Young (157) worked out a 4-1 win and Alex Marinelli scored a 20-5 tech fall at 165. Cash Wilcke finished Iowa’s scoring with a 6-4 sudden victory at 184.
