HN TV: Derrick Foster Discusses Running Backs

IOWA CITY, Iowa – The Hawkeyes learned on the go last season with an inexperienced group of running backs. It resulted in an inconsistent rushing attack.

Iowa is hoping lesson learned result in more on-field production in 2019. It’s taking positive steps in that regard this spring.

Position coach Derrick Foster met with the media on Tuesday here at the football performance center. He talked about the growth from the veterans and younger guys. He spoke about higher expectations for the group.
