IOWA CITY, Iowa – A group of Iowa players met with the media Tuesday here at the football performance center. They updated spring progress and their respective positions.

Offensive tackle Tristan Wirfs talked about his weight lifting record, Shaun Beyer spoke on moving up on the tight end depth chart and running back Mekhi Sargent discussed increased comfortable level.
