IOWA CITY, Iowa – No bulletin board material came out of the Iowa players’ mouths here Tuesday at their weekly media availability. It’s been a long time since Fred Barr and Julian VanderVelde expressed their hatred for Iowa State.

Instead, the Hawkeyes continued showing respect for their cross-state rival. Despite winning four in a row, they’re expecting a tough game Saturday in Ames (3 p.m. CT, FS1).
