Two of key roles for which producers are seeking actors are famed visual artists Elizabeth Catlett and Grant Wood. A 24-year-old Catlett was a student of 48-year-old Grant Wood’s at the University of Iowa at the time.

Performers interested in these featured roles should report to Film Scene on College Street in the Pedestrian Mall in downtown Iowa City. Doors open at 9:00 a.m. and the line will be cut off at 11:00 a.m. Participants will do a short reading and be put on tape.
