CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The final B1G Hour of the season came Friday night on AM-1600, KGYM. HawkeyeNation.com publisher Rob Howe joined the Todd Brommelkamp Show as he did throughout the Iowa football and basketball campaigns.

In the final episode of the 2018-19 year, Rob, Todd and Alex Kuhn talked about Fran McCaffery’s search for a new assistant. Should it be a defensive-minded hire, a former Hawkeye or someone else? They also discussed open scholarships on the hoops team.

Spring football served as another topic, including the race to be Nate Stanley’s backup and eventual replacement at quarterback. Finally, they spoke about the Hawkeyes in next week’s NFL Draft.
