Hawkeye History Podcast: COVID-19 Hits Albert Young Close to Home

Albert Young chose Iowa ahead of some great options when he was coming out of Moorestown (NJ) High. The running back has returned to that area, living in Philadelphia with plenty of family and friends still in New Jersey.

While New York City and Northern New Jersey have been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic, other hot spots around that part of the country have been feeling the virus’ impact. It’s impacted South Jersey and Philadelphia.

“It’s pretty serious. I have a family member who’s in the hospital right now. You have friends who have family members passing away. I would say the outbreak is pretty significant here,” Young told HN.
