Written by Rob Howe

Quinn Early joined the Iowa Football program in 1983 when Hayden Fry was the head coach and Kirk Ferentz tutored the offensive line. The former NFL receiver and current stunt man formed strong bonds with both men.

Early joined us on the HN Podcast to discuss his time at Iowa, his relationship with Fry and Ferentz, his experiences as a Black man in and outside football locker rooms, the book honoring his late mother, his job as a stunt man and transitioning to projects behind the camera.
