Iowa Picks Up Pledge from Mason Richman

Iowa picked up added another piece to its 2020 recruiting class Wednesday when Kansas offensive lineman Mason Richman announced his commitment on Twitter.

Richman (6-5, 260) officially visited Iowa this past weekend. He spoke with HN about the stop.

The Hawkeyes extended Richman a scholarship offer earlier this month when he impressed them at their prospect camp. He also reported opportunities from Kansas, Air Force, Ball State and others.

Richman became the 11th known verbal pledge for Iowa in the ’20 cycle. he joined Josh Volk and Tyler Elsbury as offensive linemen in the group.
