Jon Miller here, want to take some time to make you aware of a service my family uses in the Des Moines Metro area.

Koester Chiropractic, owned and operated by Steve Koester.

I have known Steve since 2005 and began seeing him as a client back in the winter of 2007 when I threw my back out.  I was in a tough spot for several days due to the pain and could barely walk.  Steve brought me in, took some x-rays and noticed my hips were out of alignment.  This stemmed from a car accident I was involved in when I was 17, and my body had just grown accustomed to working with things out of balance.  Once I hit my mid 30’s, it said ‘no more’ and ‘SNAP’, I was in a bad way.

Steve’s adjustments brought me instant relief from the pain to where I could function, and his plan of regular visits, treatments and adjustments got me to the point where I didn’t have any back pain at all.
